Rule Category
There are ten different rule categories, each with rule types, which can be used in any combination. Any contacts that do not match the rule criteria will be ignored.
Each rule can be accessed and configured from the Overview Tab and the Configuration Panel.
The following pages will define the individual configurations required for each Rule Category.

Why can't I save a rule?
If the rule box outline is red, this indicates that the rule is incomplete or contains errors, then the filter cannot be saved at this point. When you finish creating a rule, if it is complete and contains no errors, the rule box will change to blue.
What is the required date format for filter rules?
Filter rules require the date format: YYYY-MM-DD
Are filter rules case sensitive?
No, filter rules are case insensitive.
